Total Quality Management From Start to Finish
Guaranteed solutions come in six stages:
Stage 1 - A Marley Technical Sales Executive consults with the specifier to detail the requirements
Stage 2 - Specifications are detailed and solutions to problems recommended
Stage 3 - Marley presents the specifications to the specifier for approval
Stage 4 - The contract is awarded and the materials are supplied to the approved contractor
Stage 5 - Work progresses with Marley monitoring the site to ensure that recommendations and specifications are implemented
Stage 6 - The installation is completed, Marley then carry out a final inspection to verify a successful result, prior to the issue of any guarantee.
