3 in 1 Eaves Vent Pack

Providing a simple and economical solution for eaves ventilation over the fascia, the Klober 3 in 1 Eaves Vent Pack comprises Fascia Vents, Felt Support Trays and a Roll out Rafter Tray. Suitable for rafter centres 400mm-600mm wide. Provides a clear ventilation channel above the insulation. Prevents felt ponding behind the gutter.

Fascia Vents

These black coloured units are easily installed to provide over fascia eaves ventilation in new build or refurbishment applications. The 25mm vent is for use with insulation positioned between rafters, on flat roofs and on roof pitches below 15° (both at edges and abutments). Unobtrusive method of ventilation. Can be installed with or without soffit. Gutter bracket spacers provided with 10mm vent.

GRP Valley Troughs and Secret Gutter

Manufactured from UV stabilised GRP; a cost-effective alternative to lead, these high performance products provide a weatherproof junction on tiled or slated roofs constructed in accordance with the relevant requirements of BS5534: Part 1: (Slating and Tiling) and BS8000: Part 6: (Workmanship on Building Sites).
VALLEYS: Lightweight and flexible yet extremely durable. Fire tested to comply with BS476: Part 3: 1975.
BONDING STRIP: Effective jointing for adjacent roof slopes of similar or different materials.
Firmly bonded sand strip ensures strong mortar adhesion.
SECRET GUTTER: For use with all flat interlocking tile profiles. Secondary line of defence against wind-driven rain at a vulnerable roof point. Anti capillary rib provides additional watertight security.
