Mastic Asphalt for Roofing (limestone aggregate) BS 6925: 1988 Type R 988.

Although Kitemarked and covered by BSI Certification these grades are manufactured to within much narrower requirements than those set in the British Standard specification.

Roofstar B Product Code 4101 BS 6925: 1988 Type R 988/1/B

The basic roofing grade with an asphaltic cement composition of 100% bitumen, provides proven performance at an economic price

Roofstar T Product Code 4102 BS 6925: 1988 Type R 988/1/T25

The addition of 25% Trinidad Lake Asphalt to the asphaltic cement gives improved laying qualities and greater thermal stability
